2. Interview. A candid conversation with Jairek. We evaluate fit in both directions — your stage, your character, and your willingness to engage at this level.

3. Accept. If it's a mutual fit, you receive your invitation. Onboarding includes a deep-dive strategy session before your first board meeting.

4. First board meeting. You take your seat at the table. Full-day in-person session with your peer advisory board. This is where the real work begins.

Investment details are shared during the interview. Each board limited to 12 members. When a board is full, we open a waitlist.
