1. Overview
High Performance Ventures LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with Executive Office AI and our live events. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our digital platform subscriptions and live event tickets.
2. Platform Subscriptions (SaaS)
2.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All new Executive Office AI platform subscriptions include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the platform for any reason within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, contact us and we will provide a full refund. No questions asked.
2.2 After the Guarantee Period
After the 30-day guarantee period, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access through the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
2.3 Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue through the end of your annual billing period.
3. Live Event Tickets — 48 to Freedom
The following refund schedule applies to all ticket purchases for the 48 to Freedom live event and any future in-person events hosted by High Performance Ventures LLC.

3.1 Ticket Transfers
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person at no additional charge, regardless of how close to the event date. To arrange a transfer, email us at Results@HighPerformanceVentures.com with the name and email address of the new attendee at least 7 days before the event.
3.2 VIP Upgrades & Downgrades
If you purchased a VIP ticket and wish to downgrade to General Admission, the difference will be refunded according to the cancellation schedule above. General Admission ticket holders may upgrade to VIP at any time by paying the difference, subject to VIP seat availability.
3.3 Event Cancellation by Organizer
In the unlikely event that we cancel or materially reschedule the event (date change of more than 14 days), all ticket holders will receive a full refund (100%), regardless of when the cancellation occurs. Alternatively, you may choose to apply your ticket to the rescheduled date or a future event.
3.4 Force Majeure
If the event cannot be held due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (natural disaster, government restriction, pandemic, or similar force majeure event), we will offer you the choice of a full credit toward a future event or a full refund.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for any Executive Office AI product or event:

- Subject line: “Refund Request — [Your Name] — [Product or Event Name]”
- Include: Your full name, email address used at purchase, order or transaction ID, and reason for the request.
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
5. Travel & Accommodation
High Performance Ventures LLC is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or related expenses incurred in connection with attending our events. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen changes.
6. Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error or have a dispute regarding a refund decision, please contact us at Results@JairekRobbins.com before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. The refund terms in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
